Ralph spent many years in the Carlton, McMinnville area. He is survived by his mother Frankie Rigert and brother David James Richter. of Forest Grove, OR; sister Jody Helmken; Jefferson, OR, his 96 year old grandmother Betty Delmarter; Forest Grove; Uncle Gary David; Irrigon, OR; cousins Monica David; Dallas, OR and Rodney David of Albany, OR. Services in care of Restlawn Funeral Home and Memory Gardens.
