Autumn Vey Cermak

Autumn Cermak, age 93, of Salem, Oregon, passed away peacefully of natural causes on May 27, 2026, at Salem Hospital.

Autumn was born on September 15, 1932, in Corvallis, Oregon, to Roy Olsen and Beatrice Olsen (Larsen). She graduated from Alsea High School and went on to work as an office secretary while also dedicating herself to her family as a homemaker.

Autumn found joy in life's simple pleasures. She enjoyed sewing, tending to her garden, and spending time reading. Her quiet strength, caring nature, and devotion to her family will be remembered by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alfred Cermak.

Autumn is survived by her son, Aaron Cermak, and her cherished cats, Millie, Red, and Bella, who brought her much companionship and happiness throughout her life.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 26, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Restlawn Funeral Home and Memory Gardens in Salem, Oregon.

Flowers may be sent to Restlawn Funeral Home. Those wishing to make a memorial contribution in Autumn's memory are encouraged to donate to Salem Friends of Felines, a cause dear to her heart.
